The Pentagon's New Map > Director's CommentaryIndexThis I did not get to see until the final hard-cover version of the book was FEDEX'd to me by Neil on 25 March. I had absolutely no hand in this, because if I had, there would have been entries for my spouse and kids! I was glad to avoid this duty. I did it for my first book and it was a devilish task. Since this was such a large production run (100,000), it only made sense for Putnam to handle it themselves. I have read the Index through and haven't found any problems with it. If anyone does, please let me know. I will say this (thinking of the Kirkus review): I really do have a thing for Capitalized Concepts! |
