Off line for the weekend. Nice wedding Saturday in WI for godson and nephew who will ship to Iraq next year sometime. Amazing to see a boy you've held in your arms as baby reach such maturity, but Jonathan is a very good man who will make a very good husband to his bride.
Also got to catch up with other nephew finishing his six years with US Navy to include two tours "outside, over there" since 9/11.
Then today we baptise our brown-eyed girl in same Madison WI church where we married 18 years ago, with same priest no less. Great time with family and old friends, with big meal following at nicest Chinese restaurant in area.
Second weekend of non-stop travel wears a bit, because this week will feature a lot of talks, so apologize for letting the blog falter over the weekend. Will try to catch up on stories and reviews and response to Friday's impromptu interview with TM Lutas, which ended up being blogged by Instapundit, which--by all accounts--is a pretty cool thing in the blogosphere.
Problem is, it generates so much email that I don't get around to anything else but that when I'm on the road with spouse and four kids.
Time to sleep.
