But no kidding, if you want to push a reform effort as a thought leader, you have to embrace a bit of the cult of personality.


Yes, yes, it all works to sell books, but if all I wanted was money, I'd work full-time for that rocketship called Enterra. The change-the-world part is what gets me up in the morning. Enterra is the private-sector part of that vision, but I must tend the public-sector garden as well, and there you need more than just good ideas. As the Navy says, you need "presence," and coverage like this helps.
