Thomas, I don't quite see how trying to secure the situation in Iraq isn't consistent with shrinking the gap through the private sector. Security comes first, no? Are you suggesting that Kurdistan secure and prospering is the best we can hope for now? Will the Iranian Persians see Kurdish supermarkets as a goal to be sought?
