Great article in Esquire. Believe we need to put diplomacy (the horse) out in front of the cart again. I'm hoping the wisdom and moderation of Colin Powell will come back into vogue. My biggest fear is that when we show up all the fools will rush in to "spoil" Africa....maybe that's a stretch,
