Less predictions than a positive thought exercise. It's hard to move forward with only the avoidance of worst-case scenarios as a goal, so I try to fill a neglected market niche.Gotta "be the ball" if you ever hope to sink those long putts, and I've provided a long list here ...

The Pakistani press are saying that Senator Obama's hostile comments about Pakistan were intended to appeal to US voters.
"This appeared to be in direct response to a [national] poll by American Research Group that showed Clinton had a 21-point lead over Obama after he said he was prepared to “unconditionally” meet leaders like Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmedinejad and North Korea’s Kim Jong-Il. . . However, publicly the Bush administration has had to say it would not violate Pakistani “sovereignty” ".
Such is competitive national politics. Let's hope the voters don't want a war.
