Looks like that's "ITE 130: Introduction to Internet Services" at Rappahannock Community College in Virginia. Note that those three are Blogger sites, free to set up and maintain. A couple of them linked other TED videos as well, so it must be part of the curriculum.
Note also that I linked a recent column on my blog. I also got to see Tom at the Smithsonian, but have not written about it yet (except to him personally).
