ARTICLE: “Students Emerge as a Leading Force Against Chavez,” by Simon Romero, New York Times, 10 November 2007, p. A3.

The callout text says it all: “a campus movement supplants traditional political parties.”

Already, it is said these student opposition leaders have more credibility with people on the street than leaders of traditional parties.
