1. What's the working title of Tom's next book? (other than "Vol. III", that is.)
2. Why is the US Foreign Aid budget so damn low, while the DoD budget remains so damn high? Would the DoEE help balance this out, or just take what it can get? And what realignments within the various USG departments and agencies must be accomplished in order to develop an effective DoEE?
3. Why is Russia still a Core State? Does the framework that Tom has devised not allow for regression of status?
4. What is Tom's method for reading so many books over the year, while keeping a full+ work and travel schedule?
5. Since Tom accurately predicted the election delay in Pakistan, among many other world events and trends, can he provide the PowerBall numbers for the next drawing?

Thanks Sean, will do. There are several that I have already figured out; and which Tom sometimes explains, but for new readers (and I assume there are many new readers every day) and non-mils, I think it would be helpful. Even things like FDI, GWOT, TR, etc can puzzle someone unfamiliar with the jargon, and I know I've had to guess or go researching in those instances.

A chart showing the power and functional relations between DoEE, the Oval Office, the military and the other cabinet departments. If he doesn't have a preference, a description of the advantages and disadvantages of different possibilities (Macrobureaucracy 101?) would also be interesting.
