Chapter 5 in works

Spent two full days reviewing about 20 volumes previously read and generating notes for distribution across the chapter's scheme of American history viewed through the lens of grand strategy. Still had another 8 or so to go when I started writing this morning.

Cranked 3,000 very slowly because of the great synthesizing effort here, but liked the results. Enjoyed writing too.

Pushes me up to 38,000-plus for 4+ chapters.

It's weird living in my home office this much. I am rarely so non-moving.
