Turkey finally engages in its bloody nose strike

We've been waiting on this one for a while, because it's a question we often field due to Enterra's work in the Kurdish portion of Iraq.

It's really the next, inevitable step in the process of vigorous negotiation--so to speak--between Turkey and Kurdistan, but only so much is likely to be accomplished militarily. We're talking some very rough mountain ranges in the 11,000-foot range elevation and small bands very deeply dug in--sort of a Tora Bora situation.

Still, you knew this wee Rubicon was going to be crossed eventually. Now Turkey's really got a seat at the party.
