This is great news as DVDs and video players will include countless educational content. But computers with no Internet access ... and no air conditioners ... might still become a ground swell of real revolution. Yes, the insidious march of information, and the freedom that usually follows it, seems to have begun in earnest.

Good for Raul Castro, he will apparently be a much more benevolent leader than Fidel was ...
