Maybe more evidence of a deal-in-the-making

ARTICLE: US and Iran holding 'secret' talks on nuclear programme, By Anne Penketh, Independent, 14 April 2008

Again, it's the only foreign policy legacy that Bush can pull out of his hat before leaving that will truly shift history's treatment.

hhha LLa Luuu ya.Dr Barnett as you had perticted,Iran is making a lot of deals with developing core countries, recently, the deal with IPI
(Iran, pakistan,Inda)and also China for the gas &oil.of couse,we all know the big portion of future energy is nuclear and obviously Iran
is keen to have it's fair share of that market.likewise of devloping core countries, Iran is trying to catch up in development.it is clear that Iran is the energy security for many of these new core nations,
and it is becoming more aparant to this adminstration that it is not
a winning battle, with less &less of these new core countries willing
to support it's santion's regime aginst Iran.it is interesting to note
that, presently,Russia and Iran are in discussion for a joint nuclear
project.as many times that you have talked about this subject,I also
think, the more US tries to santion Iran, adveresly, it will result in more santioning itself.

I wish we would stop our own sanctions against nuclear power and get on with protecting our future, by addressing our need for cheap, clean and safe energy.
