Just thinking about loud, but virtually every discussion I've read to date on 21st Century Seapower (what the Navy calls its new Cooperative Maritime Strategy) mentions Tom in some way or another. I can't even write about the strategy anymore without mentioning Tom, very hard to do. Even the new Bob Work piece at CSBA cites him as a source.
Will Dr. Barnett weigh in on the subject on his blog, or is he reserving his thoughts for his book, or some other medium? Lack of discussion or analysis of that topic here to date is in an interesting, obvious omission.
