I just finished reviewing your photos of your trip to Astana,Kazakhstan,(2007) with Adm Fallon. Your comments about Ambassador Ordway are spot on: "Cool Guy".. I worked with Ambassador Ordway, in Armenia...as the Export Border Security Advisor... I could not agree with you more..Thanks to that Cool Guy, we did some very innovative, out of the box, things for the program... One of the better leaders that I ever worked with..
