I think Iran and Pakistan are the real next-two, but might be kind of lumped together around Afghanistan. After those, and a lot of mopping up in Iraq and the FATA regions of the Afg/Pak border regions, we can move on to some real diplomatic efforts and the gritty DoEE work like the "War on Drugs" and "War on Poverty"...
