I was wondering when Iran would start passing rockets to Iraqi Shia militias, given the long flow to Hamas and Hezbollah.

The problem with going along with the International court is that you KNOW they would love to try Bush and Cheney as "War Criminals." And a lot of the Left here would love to let them. Once we start down that path....................

The point of the article isn't the rockets, which are old news. They've been using rockets for years. It's the improvised warheads made by attaching propane tanks that are new. However, since they've only killed 21 people this year, it's really not a significant threat compared to regular car bombs and suicide bombers.

William, if the ICC goes through with its plans to indict Bashir of Sudan, they may be too busy to go after Bush and Cheney for a while.
