Shrinking the Gap in Boston

Weblog reader Wiggins wrote to Tom to say:

Hi Dr. Barnett, I noticed your post regarding Gap shrinking inside the Core and thought you'd be interested in the tactics some Boston religious groups are using to shrink some of its gap areas. I have links to some of the relevant Boston Globe articles in a recent blog post. I'm a big fan of your vision. Your work serves as a very useful framework within which to understand the post-Cold War world as something other than just "chaotic."

Thanks for writing, Wiggins.
