Ahmadinejad launches blog
Bo Cowgill sends in an article on ahmadinejad.ir. Tom writes:
This bit, after watching him on "60 Minutes" last night, makes me realize Ahmadinejad is slicker than appreciated. Certainly slicker than Rice, unfortunately. He's playing the entire board.[Editor's note: Site must be getting hammered. Mostly 'Server too busy' messages this morning. Maybe he should host his weblog elsewhere ;-)]
Comments
It's coming through a bit better now. He permits comments! I wonder how long that's going to last.
I give Ahmadinejad bonus points for his use of "crapulence" in his autobiography.
OTOH, he comes off as seriously unhinged in his relating of Iranian history and the US' role in that country. All in all, it's a worthwhile read. Thanks for the link.

Caught the 60 min's interview, too. Did anyone else get the sense of listening to someone who has completely missed the lessons of history? Especially the enlightenment? True our prez leaves a LOT to be desired but if it comes down to mano y mano GWBush should select World History for $100, Alex. It'll be a cake walk.

He has a blog. That is just kind of scary really. It really demonstrates quite clearly how badly we are losing the information war. Sad too because *should* be cleaning their clocks.

The irony is that his government cracks down on citizen bloggers.
