Excellent link.
About 15 minutes in, a caller doubted if the US could attract enough allies to its side. Although the US has a Leviathan force, it needs 'boots on the ground' for current and foreseeable missions overseas. A key question seems to be whether international military invasions should have a national or a UN mandate - do allies want the UN usurped? This will affect the turn-out; for example, The London Times reports today that many Nato countries are not prepared to deploy troops and equipment (or additional troops and equipment) to Afghanistan.
